Why Murfreesboro parents choose Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for practical youth development.
Real Bully Prevention
Unlike traditional striking arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches children how to use leverage and body positioning to neutralize threats, control aggressive opponents, and stay safe without throwing punches.
Focus & Classroom Discipline
Martial arts training develops self-control, listening skills, and patience. Parents frequently see improvements in classroom behavior, homework completion, and emotional regulation at home.

Every class is guided by experienced, patient coaches committed to building confidence. We emphasize effort, perseverance, and mutual respect on and off the mat.
What to Expect on Your Child's First Day

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from local parents before starting classes.
What age can kids start training?
Our youth programs are tailored for children starting as early as 3 years old. Classes are organized by age group and developmental stage to ensure every child receives safe, engaging, and fun instruction.
What should my child wear to their free trial?
Comfortable athletic clothing is all they need—such as shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt (avoid clothing with zippers, pockets, or metal snaps). We train barefoot on sanitized puzzle and tatami mats.
Are classes safe for beginners?
Yes. Safety is our absolute highest priority. Beginners are never placed in live sparring without dedicated preparation, and all partner drilling is strictly supervised by certified instructors.
Where are you located?
