A: Yes! Our classes are designed for all experience levels. We focus on proper technique, conditioning, and building confidence — whether you're new to striking or more advanced.
Q: What gear do I need for Muay Thai or boxing?
A: For your first class, just bring water and athletic wear. We can provide gloves and pads to get started. If you continue, we recommend purchasing your own gloves, hand wraps, and shin guards (for Muay Thai).
Q: Will Muay Thai or boxing help me get in shape?
A: Definitely. Both are high-intensity workouts that improve cardio, strength, endurance, and coordination while teaching real striking and self-defense skills.
